Yes. Birthdays, hens parties, 18ths, fundraisers, watch parties, work events, private celebrations, group nights and whole-venue ideas are all in scope if the date, room, numbers and minimums fit.
Can producers pitch public shows?
Yes. Use the show proposal form for public shows, recurring nights, producer-led stage concepts, and programming ideas.
Can we include food and drinks?
Yes. Tell us the shape of the event in the enquiry and use the food and drink page to plan around the current offer. You can also bring your own caterer for some events, subject to approval — just flag it in your enquiry.

18th birthdays
18th birthdays are welcome. Because Pride is a licensed venue, valid photo ID may be required, especially for anyone who looks under 25. RSA requirements, security arrangements and private-event conditions may apply. Tell us the age mix, expected numbers and event format in your enquiry so we can be clear early.
