You must not use this website to:

• break the law or encourage unlawful conduct;
• interfere with website security, hosting, forms, or connected services;

• scrape, copy, or republish website content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of performers, photographers, artists, guests, or partners;
• submit information you do not have permission to provide.

Event details, times, prices, availability, entry conditions, and ticket links may change. Ticket purchases, refunds, and entry may also be subject to the terms of the relevant ticketing provider, promoter, event partner, or payment provider.

Pride is a licensed venue. Entry and participation are subject to applicable law, licence conditions, house policy, safety requirements, responsible service obligations, and staff directions.

When you submit a contact, function, artist, or employment enquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate and that we may use it to respond and manage the relevant operational process. Submitting a form does not create a booking, employment relationship, performance engagement, or other binding arrangement unless we confirm that separately in writing.

The website may display content from our Instagram account using a Meta developer app. Instagram, Facebook, ticketing, payment, mapping, analytics, and social links are operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, layout, design, branding, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Pride of our Footscray. Performer, artist, photographer, event partner, platform, and third-party content remains owned by its respective rights holder.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every page, feed, event listing, price, opening time, or third-party link will always be current, complete, or uninterrupted. If something looks wrong, contact us before relying on it for a booking, ticket purchase, travel plan, or application.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on website information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth courts of Australia.
